We’re thrilled to announce Adrienne Hol is joining the team at Avenue Physiotherapy!
Adrienne graduated from the University of Toronto with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 2007. She previously completed a graduate degree from the University of British Columbia and her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo.
She achieved the Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy from the Canadian Physiotherapy Association in 2014, and is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy. She completed her Acupuncture certification through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute in 2008, and more recently became certified in Integrated Dry Needling.
For the past 10 years, Adrienne has been practicing physiotherapy in the Hamilton area, and is a member of the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Adrienne’s clinical focus is treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries and dysfunctions of the spine and extremities. She has a special interest in running and hockey injuries, and she has worked as a trainer with local junior hockey teams.
Outside of work, Adrienne enjoys trail and marathon running, sailing, canoeing and curling.
